Paul F. Browning, Ph.D
Paul Browning brings more than 35 years of global leadership in power generation and energy infrastructure. He has served as President and CEO of Mitsubishi Power Americas, Irving Oil, and GE Thermal Products, with earlier leadership roles at Solar Turbines (Caterpillar). Across his career, he has led multi-billion-dollar energy businesses and executed large-scale capital projects with utilities, IPPs, and infrastructure investors.
At Argon Power Group, Paul brings an operator’s perspective and deep sector relationships to deliver utility-scale generation aligned with hyperscale timelines.
